Philosophy & Vision
When I sit across from a new client or couple, face-to-face, I see the unique individual looking back at me. I approach the unfolding therapeutic relationship and the work to be done with a 'beginners mind'; open, respectful, non-judgemental and compassionate.
Life can be so tough, at times: Perhaps you don’t feel good about 'you', or you struggle with life feeling relentlessly stressful, expensive, and anxiety-provoking, or your relationship is in trouble, or work is overwhelming and unsatisfying, or your friendships feel insecure, or you grieve for the decline or death of a close other (or beloved pet), or you are diagnosed with a fear-evoking illness, or your mental health is out of kilter and you don't know how to get back on track, or you may be feeling a 'deep down' loss of meaning and purpose in an increasingly unstable and uncertain world. Or something else. We all have a story.
Therapy can really help.
