Entering into therapy can lead us to greater peace with ourselves, improved relationships with others, and a path to a more authentic and meaningful life. I bring rich life experience and training to my practice of psychotherapy but when I sit across from a new client, face-to-face, I see a unique individual looking back at me. I approach the unfolding therapeutic relationship and the work to be done with a 'beginners mind'; open, respectful, non-judgemental and compassionate.
I work with individual clients 18 years of age and over. Flexible appointment arrangements exist for Face-to-Face, online (Zoom) or telephone sessions.
