Fostering Hope

My approach is down to earth, creative and compassionate. I focus on working together with young people and families to bring about lasting and meaningful change. I draw on the latest developments in psychology and a range of respectful and change orientated therapuetic approaches to meet the many and varied needs of the young people and families I meet with. The main approaches I draw on include narrative therapy, family therapy, mindfulness based therapy and interpersonal neurobiology.
