I started Good Therapy Australia in 2004 after training in Gestalt and Somatic Psychotherapy. The idea was to assist people find a psychotherapist they could connect with. I ask a lot of questions, the sort that don't have easy answers. I believe that asking questions about life is important - not to arrive at absolute answers, but to move us closer to an understanding of who we might be and what we are doing here. Sometimes we have to ask the question, before we can know that we do not know.
