Philosophy & Vision

I am a Jungian psychotherapist and a candidate enrolled in the Australian and New Zealand Society of Jungian Analysts’ training programme. I work with the subtle movements of the inner world — dreams, images, emotions, and the quiet patterns that shape a life.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and guided by a deep respect for the wisdom of the unconscious. I offer a space where you can explore the themes, questions, and experiences that matter most, and where your own inner voice can begin to emerge with greater clarity and confidence.

I work extensively with most issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, complex trauma, personality disorders and gender and sexual related issues.

    A conversation with Caitlin Hall

    • My path into this work has been shaped by a long-standing fascination with the symbolic, the unseen, and the ways meaning arises from within. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for many years in the world of technology — a landscape of systems, patterns, and complexity. Over time, this orientation naturally evolved into an interest in the inner architecture of the psyche. I was drawn to Jungian analytic work because it invites us to explore life not only through reason, but through myth, image, embodiment, and the deeper intelligence of the unconscious. This work has become both my vocation and my ongoing journey.
