Philosophy & Vision

Going to therapy for the first time can be scary and a non-judgemental, safe, relaxed environment where you feel heard and supported by a therapist you can trust is essential. Good therapy should improve mental health but also leave people with a greater understanding of themselves and the confidence to manage life's challenges in the future.

Professional qualification and a commitment to ongoing training is important, but I have learnt the most from the people I have had the privilege of working with.

Know all the theories, master all the techniques but as you touch a human soul, be just another human soul.' Carl Jung
