Philosophy & Vision
Many people feel stuck in repeating relational or emotional patterns. In therapy, I offer a reflective space to understand these patterns, including how past experiences and unconscious processes shape current ways of relating, feeling, and coping. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, identity concerns, body image issues, eating disorders, addiction or substance use concerns, and challenges related to sexuality or sexual behaviour. I also support those navigating the impact of chronic illness, disease, or disability. Starting therapy can bring uncertainty, hesitation, or a sense of feeling stuck. I offer a reliable space where complexity is explored at a thoughtful pace. While prioritising safety and trust, I also gently challenge patterns that may be maintaining difficulties, supporting insight and movement toward your therapeutic goals.
Background
I began my career in mental health in 2016, working in the domestic and family violence sector, which shaped my understanding of trauma and relational dynamics. Since then, I have worked across community and university settings, before moving into public health, where I supported patients living with renal disease and those undergoing transplantation. I have expererience supporting people of all genders and sexualities. I now work in private practice and am currently completing my clinical psychology registrar program.
Services
I provide online therapy sessions via Zoom, on weekday mornings AEST.

Therapy Approach
I provide psychodynamic therapy with a focus on exploring unconscious processes, relational patterns, and the ways early experiences continue to shape present-day difficulties. Together, we look beyond immediate symptoms to understand the deeper emotional roots of distress, creating space for meaningful and lasting change. My approach is collaborative, non-judgemental, and non-directive, offering a reflective space where you can explore your inner world in depth. I aim to support you in developing greater self-awareness, helping you make sense of your experiences and relationships, and ultimately empowering you to find your own authentic way forward.
