I specialise in Emotion Focused Therapy and have a Graduate Diploma in Emotion Focused Therapy.

Experience   Orientation  
I have worked as an individual counsellor & therapist for 16 years and at Sydney University for 12 years. I have extensive experience working with inter & intra cultural issues which is complemented by my bi-cultural background. I have also worked counselling teenagers in programs aimed at diverting youth from the criminal justice system and in the area of child protection. It has always moved my heart to be part of another’s courageous journey of gradually opening themselves towards change. I work from an emotion focused counselling perspective and utilise clients strengths and honour their differing desired levels of therapeutic intervention. I encourage the exploration and expression of both one’s thoughts and layers of feelings as I believe it is when we access both the wisdom of our heart and mind in tandem that we find healing and unfold ways to move forward.
Hours   Transport and Parking  
Wednesdays & Fridays. Metered parking on the street.
Several bus routes from Circular Quay and Central station go past the Valhalla building.
Broadway Shopping centre and Parramatta Road are a 10 minute
walk.
Fees   Payment Options  
$130 per session
Medicare rebates available with GP referral.
Please ask me for further details re Medicare rebates.
Most private health fund rebates also available.
