Service Notes

Service Quality Provision

I provide a full psychological service including initial assessments, treatment such as CBT. I am also experienced in IQ assessments for children.

Ongoing professional development as APS requirements

Experience

The past three years I have worked with Queensland Health as a clinician in their mental health service. Prior to this I worked in private practice with a variety of clients including children, adults and veterans and their families. I also have experience working with employees with burnout or stress related to trauma.

Hours

Transport and Parking

Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Appointments outside of these hours can be negotiated.

Parking is at the rear of the premises.

Fees

Payment Options

IQ assessment including parent report $300.00
I am registered with DVA, VVCS, Medicare Plus, BOiMH, EPC and Better Access through medicare.

Payment is on the day and by cash or cheque unless sponsored by a third party such as Workcover or VVCS
