We will identify and work with limiting life choices to enable you to experience a freer and happier existence. Experience yourself making effective choices and feeling the benefits and rewards of this sometimes painful yet rewarding journey. This is because self reflection, when experienced frequently and with another, creates the awareness necessary to live your life joyfully & meaningfully.
My commitment to providing a safe and ethical environment includes the taping of some sessions (with your consent only) for participation in regular supervision. I also continue to attend professional development programs, and I am also involved in self awareness group processes.
