| I offer short, medium and long term psychotherapy, counseling and coaching services for individuals. I seek to empower you to make the changes you want by helping you unlock the power of mindfulness, to become aware of the relationship between your thoughts and your feelings and the choices you make in your life to empower you to live your life to your full potential! |
I take pride in assuring the best quality service for all my clients. As a member of the Australian Psychological Society I am bound by that organizations code of conduct. I receive regular clinical supervision in addition to on-going Professional Development programs and workshops to keep my skills current and up to date. |

| Before undertaking formal qualifications as a psychologist I was actively involved in helping individuals achieve their full potential in the corporate arena through coaching executives and facilitating leadership and team development workshops. My interest expanded into mental health and I spent some years working within a psychiatric setting where I gained great personal satisfaction from seeing individuals recover from crisis and move on to re-engage with their lives. |
I have trained in both psychodynamic and evidence based therapies such as CBT and ACT. I draw great therapeutic strength from 15 years of mindfulness practice. And I also teach mindfulness meditation to individuals and groups seeking to reduce stress and anxiety and greatly enhance their lives through the practice of mindfulness. |
