    Therapy Approach

We all struggle with what Counselling Psychologist Bill Wahl (2003) and Existential Psychotherapist Ernesto Spinelli (2007) call 'existence tensions', which are an everyday part of our experience.

Understanding these tensions between, say, work and play, avoidance and confrontation, change and stasis, control and letting go, can help people develop their power, wisdom and humour.
