Over 20 years of professional experience, I have undertaken ongoing study and professional development (including seeking regular clinical supervision and mentoring) in order to offer professional and ethical practice. |

I have 20 years of professional counselling experience. Since completing my training as an Adult Psychotherapist in 1999, I have integrated an in-depth Adult Psychotherapy service into my practice. I have worked with a diverse range of people and cultures in my career which has involved working in Hospitals, Community Based Settings, University, and Private Practice.

My approach recognises that different people need different things according to their individual circumstances and histories. I don't think a "one size fits all" way of working is very effective. I work in a way that draws on important ideas from Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Systems, Interpersonal, Self Psychology and the Conversational Model theories. I provide short term counselling around specific life issues and specialise in-depth Psychotherapy - where unconscious processes take shape. |

I have a sliding fee scale based on people's annual income.
Fees p/session range from $95-$130 per individual session.
I am an Accredited Medicare Provider (12 session p/calendar year are partially rebateable pending a GP consult & referral). |
