Matthew Kalitowski Coach, Psychologist
We each have the resources necessary to create change in our lives. My job is to enable people to access these resources with the necessary support, awareness, and practical tools. I believe that good therapy offers someone the scaffolding they need in order to access their own resilience and creativity. The goal is to reveal genuine happiness and a more authentic way of living one's life.

Lenore Watts Psychotherapist, Counsellor
I have been helping people for over a decade to cope with difficult and at times overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, shame, stress, sadness, fear, phobias and anger. From personal experience I understand how scary, confusing and difficult making change can seem and the freedom, joy and empowerment it creates when you do. One of the main tools I use and teach is meridian tapping (also known as EFT or SET). I combine this with my professional psychotherapy training and experience.

Trudy Wilson Counsellor, Clinical Social Worker
My approach focuses on client's individual strengths and the harnessing of these and other untapped resources to achieve harmony and personal growth. I am fascinated by the mind/body/spirit connection and the capabilities and healing power of the unconscious mind. With a commitment to this philosophy I believe clients can achieve positive outcomes, even with complex and long term issues.
