Short term or long term counselling, coaching and psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I undertake professional development and training each year and receive continuous clinical supervision. As a practitioner I have been described as dependable, safe and secure. I believe that life is a process of learning and evolving.

I have been assisting people with a variety of issues for the past 9 years. I am also involved in personal development workshops. I believe that we can all grow and change and create the life that we want. I have trained in a variety of models and we can use the ones that are the most useful depending on your issues. I believe in a holistic approach that is inclusive of the body and mind.

Mondays to Fridays
5:00pm to 9:00pm		 Parking is readily available.
Bus routes are also available.
