Philosophy & Vision
We can all feel vulnerable or desparate at times. Counselling supports us at a time of confusion or crisis by providing a safe space and gentleness to explore issues. I will walk along with you as you discover the seeds of hope and resolution.
Background
I have been working as a counsellor for eight years, originally in a palliative care hospital setting and then in private practice. I also have lived in Japan, Germany and Australia at different times of my life. Based on my deep respect for all people and diverse cultures, I am constantly working with clients to find ways to dissolve past and present issues and creating a more peaceful internal state.
Services
Through counselling, I engage with people who have issues at various phases in their lives. For those who have a love for learning, I offer life coaching. In both cases, modalities, tools and goals are individually tailored to suit your unique needs. Respect and sensitivity form the very basis of my services.
Quality Provision
I undertake ongoing clinical supervision and professional development as well as regular meditation practice.

Therapy Approach
Visualise two clasped hands. The hand of the client brings to this union not only concerns and fears, but also hopes, strengths, resources and talents. The hand of the counsellor contributes not only empathy, patience and understanding, but also a wealth of professional knowledge and experience. Together, each session will be for you, a co-creation of a journey where fresh insights, effective problem solving skills and enhanced inner peace await to be discovered.
