I have over the years counselled a wide variety of people from different social/economic and religious backgrounds. I have appeared in the media, TV and radio representing psychological point of view. My approach to counselling and therapy is based on Humanistic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic and Gestalt.
