The answers we seek are not always found in thought alone. The body can also hold clues to things that have long ago passed from mind and memory. As a Therapist who values the connection between body and mind, I encourage people to explore this connection in themselves. Change within people does not have to be forced, but will come about spontaneously as the different, and often conflicting, aspects of ourselves have a chance to be expressed, deeply understood, and then allowed to integrate.

Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy. By the process of ongoing supervision, ongoing professional and personal development, my aim is to offer you a very high level of professional support and care.
Experience   Orientation  
I have been training in the psychotherapy field for nearly 10 years. My working experience includes a year as a crisis counsellor, and a year as a group facilitator for crisis counsellors. I have also been a youth worker in a residential setting, and worked as a gambling cousellor. This is now my third year as a private practitioner. Discovering new found strength, connection and creativity in your life as a whole is possible. Change can come about as the pain, confusion and limitations we have encountered begin to shift and lose their hold on us. As a Therapist my task is to help clients through the difficult parts of their journey, and help them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. One of the keys to change is to support a person's natural impluse towards growth, healing and creativity.

By appointment		 Parking on street, in the Greater Union carpark, or in the Mosman shopping centre car park.
Fees   Payment Options  
$90.00 for a 60 minute session
$130.00 for a 120 minute session 		Cash, cheque or bank transfer
