Working both professionally and ethically is an important requirement in effective psychotherapy relationships. I am in consistent supervision and learning environments that help me reflect on the quality of work I am doing with with my clients. I update my training on an ongoing basis and am always receptive to new, more beneficial ways to practice.

15 years in Private Practice working with individuals, couples, groupwork and personal development workshops and retreats. Private Practice in Penrith for 12 years.

My orientation is towards understanding the complexities an individual or couple experience particular to their ways of relating to themselves and significant others. I approach my work with my clients with the clear understanding that our brains are "hard wired" in terms of how we relate, think and behave. I believe that in the right environment this "wiring" can be changed. I have a special interest in working with couples and am committed to ongoing training in this specialised field.
