I practice in Woy Woy on the Central Coast and Crows Nest in Sydney. I provide counselling and psychotherapy for individuals. I specialise in self esteem issues and I also belong to the Cancer Counsellling Professionals and deliver counselling to carers of and people living with cancer. I am also a facilitator with the Petrea King Quest for Life Foundation. Psychotherapy and Counselling can assist you if you are having trouble with difficult relationships; low self esteem; if you are grieving; if you are feeling anxious or depressed; if you are stressed and overwhelmed; if you are dealing with the effects of trauma from your past and many more issues that may be causing you difficulty. You may just need to talk things over with someone in private.

I am a professionally trained psychotherapist with a history spanning two decades in the personal development field as a therapist and teacher. As a woman, I have had my own demons to work with and I understand the process of growth from the inside.

I promise to support you to find your own way. As a therapist, my intention is to understand you as a unique person on a deep level and to offer you a helping hand to work things out.
My psychotherapeutic orientation centres on the fields of intersubjectivity and self-psychology using empathic attunement as the basis for relationship and growth. This means I work with you to really understand how you feel and what you are going through at a very deep level so you can illuminate and transform old patterns of being.

I am also well versed in trauma theory, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), neuropsychology, developmental theory and attachment theory.

A session with me is for one hour and my fee is $100 including GST. Cash or cheque please. Again, talk to me about other options.
