I work primarily with individuals (adults). However, I also combine my background as an artist jeweller and training in somatic psychotherapy to run workshops for couples.

In keeping with my philosophy that people respond to their environment in the best possible way at the time, I encourage my clients to honour themselves and their experiences - and support them in creating their own path of learning and healing.
While studying literature and philosophy I became fascinated with Freud which eventually led me to train in somatic psychotherapy.
