Ongoing core process of personal development and professional supervision.

Several years experience in generalist practice as well as with those encumbered by homelessness & addictions, or who are experiencing past or present traumas, anxiety (notably panic and agoraphobia), depression, anger and fatigue, other challenges that are impairing their sense of enjoyment & fulfilment with life such as relationship & sexuality concerns.

Additional considerable experience in supporting those undertaking a process or journey of self-awareness or inner growth.
While much therapy begins with CBT, I am interested in working with my clients for the duration of whatever personal journey they wish to undertake.

I am very interested in working with young adults with concerns related to life choices, past influences, self-identity and future directions.

I am influenced & guided by principally humanistic approaches such as mindfulness, Focusing, psychodynamic, transpersonal and integral.
