Karon is an experienced and professionally trained Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
She brings a creative approach to her practice by incorporating Reiki and Hypnotherapy into some of her sessions. Karon feels this blend of modalities encompasses all the emotional, mental and deeper unconscious feelings you hold in your body, tailoring each session to your needs at that time.
Examining together what is preventing you from having all you want from life. 		Change is refreshing and sometimes challenging, yet when you you feel ready to embrace the change process and move to a new level in your life, the results can be very empowering both to yourself and to those around you.
My orientation is one of a 'mind and body' connection, working with an individual and encompassing various modalities in a creative approach.
