Supervision of counsellors & group leaders/ facilitators
Secondary consultation around people issues to organisations
I continue on a long path of personal development & self awareness, thoughtful reflection upon my work & actions at a deep level, engaging in supervision with peers, seeking consultation with a valued and respected colleague when the occasion calls for it. I live what I teach & model, open to risks and challenges, seeking authenticity in my relations with others in my world, aspiring to live well in rounded ways, I meditate, do yoga, exercise, am close to nature, love the arts, travel & explore. I enjoy this varied work immensely.

40 yrs of working with people, 30 counselling & psychotherapy, 32 running groups, 10 yrs as university lecturer in my fields of expertise.
Have worked across the human condition, with persons experiencing all forms of disability, children, adolescents, adults, men, women, couples, those in any relationship, consulted to organisations on people issues. X-cultural counselling experience & training. Have worked across Australia, in NZ, the USA & now China. I often present at internat'l conferences
I see my role as essentially that of a skilled, creative, attentive facilitator of exploration of a person's concerns. I hope to become an ally, alongside but clear seeing, able to bring forth that which may be ignored, out of awareness, threatening, avoided. To assist the person to hold close that which may be hard to bear, to realise to feel, to comprehend, to prise open, to regard with care & attention, to realise, know, act upon anew, congruently, creatively, courageously.
