They are given support, while they work through the various issues that are effecting their lives. This is a place where you feel safe, at a time when you are feeling most vulnerable. Individuals, Couples and Group Therapy As a clinical member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW I am required to take part in on going Supervision, Peer Support and Professional Development.
Experience   Orientation  
I have been in private practice at BRD Counselling Services since the start of 2004. Prior to that I worked at the Smith Family in their Crisis Centre and for the Child Abuse Prevention Service. I also work as a counsellor for Whispers Cottage, a day stay clinic for mums and babies, situated in Miranda near Kareena Hospital. Whispers Cottage has won the Sutherland Business award for Health Care in 2004 & 2005. Being in my 50's I also bring a wealth of life experiences to my practice. During therapy I aim to give people encouragement, guidance and support to enable them to heal their lives.
Hours   Transport and Parking  
By Appointment Monday to Friday

Evenings and Saturdays can be arranged with alternative counsellors at BRD Counselling Service.
These include Peter Kucharski and Penny Downy 		Plenty of parking
Next to Jannali railway station and buses
Fees   Payment Options  
First session one & half hours $90
Individual therapy one hour $70 or one & half hours $90 per session
Relationship or family therapy one & half hours $90 per session
For home visits by prior arrangement please add $20 		Cash or Cheques
Plenty of EFPOS machines available in Jannali
