Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is the primary approach used in counselling. CBT examines people's unhelpful thinking to assist with shifting difficult emotions and behaviours. Techniques from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed and Narrative approaches may also be used.
   
I am available for appointments in Ringwood on Mondays to Thursdays and in Wantirna South on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. A limited number of after-hours appointments are available. Please ring to discuss your needs. Onsite parking is available at both Ringwood and Wantirna South offices. Bus stops are located in close proximity of both offices.
   
$100 per session. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Rebates are available to those with Extras cover with Medibank Private, HBA, MBF, GMHBA, Australian Unity and LaTrobe Health Services. Medicare now offers rebates of $76.65 per session. Cash or cheque on the day of the appointment.
