Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is the primary approach used in counselling. CBT examines people's unhelpful thinking to assist with shifting difficult emotions and behaviours. Techniques from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed and Narrative approaches may also be used. |

Sessions are 50 minutes in duration and attract a fee of $115 during business hours. Appointments after 5pm attract a fee of $130. Medicare provides a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year for those eligible. |
