Diploma in Somatic Psychotherapy - 2003
Australian Somatic Psychotherapy Association
Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia

The Way of Wisdom: Finding Purpose in the Third Act of Life is a process designed to facilitate the journey of discovery of who we are, what we value, what we want to do with the rest of our life. It is carried on over eight weeks of one hour weekly sessions which, with the aid of a journal, go through a step-by-step reflection.
The Way of Wisdom is also be offered as residential retreats and group workshops, and to build a community of like-minded seniors who plan to live fully until we die.
As a member of the executive of the Australian Somatic Psychotherapy Association I am committed to ongoing supervision, personal therapy and professional development.
I use all of my life experience, as a somatic psychotherapist for the last 16 years and my previous corporate life, along with a 20 year history of personal development, to support my clients as they face the difficulties and opportunities of ageing. But I don’t have the answers, I just help you find your own answers.

Before coming to psychotherapy, I spent 30 years in the corporate world so have personal experience and understanding of the pressure and stress many of us are subjected to in the modern business world. I have been in practise for 16 years. I came to this kind of work through personal development workshops and am committed to providing continued support on a voluntary basis.
As a women now in my sixties I understand the challenges of growing old and have spent many years on my own journey.
Psychotherapy - "the art of nurturing and healing the soul". As a Somatic Psychotherapist I aim to guide my clients to self-awareness, creating a safe and caring environment in which to examine and heal the wounds that are manifesting themselves through crises and undesirable situations in their lives, as well as face life transition including those we face as we age and mature.
