BA (Hons)
MA Clinical Psychology
Australian Psychological Society

Psychotherapy and counselling, both brief and longer-term, couples and parent counselling, crisis intervention, dream work, and support of persons who have experienced psychotic illness. Regular participation in professional development opportunities as recommended by The Psychologists' Registration Board and the Australian Psychological Society.

20 years in private practice working with adolescents and adults of all ages with a wide variety of concerns, in particular relationship and personality issues. Apart from the more regular brief interventions, I have gained substantial experience in the longer-term therapy recommended for individuals troubled by so-called personality disorders. I have also worked with many clients who have been diagnosed with psychotic disorders. Primarily psychodynamic with a strong Jungian slant, but with the clear acknowledgement that other orientations such as Humanism, Existentialism, CBT, Solution Focussed and Interpersonal Therapies have significant value when appropriately utilised.
