| I have 13 years experience working as a psychologist, counsellor and coach within organisations as well as in private practice. I regularly provide psychological and counselling services to the general public, corporations and insurance companies. I have recently developed an iPhone app "a better u" available at iTunes app store and am currently in the final editing stages of my new book; Is This It? How successful people get more life out of life. |
My approach is wholistic, eclectic and individualistic. Although influenced by Buddhism, Gestalt therapy, Existential therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-behavioural therapy and Solution-focused schools of thought, I tailor my treatment in the most appropriate and effective way for each client. |

$170 per hour for consultations. If referred by GP, Medicare covers $83.25 per session for 10 sessions per year. Health Fund and Tax Deductible claims also apply |
