Elizabeth is qualified with a Master Education (Guidance & Counselling) and a Graduate Diploma of Education (Careers).
She has trained extensively in narrative therapy, youth mental health, relationship counselling and career counselling. She is an accredited Seasons trainer.
   
Elizabeth has fifteen years of professional experience as a counsellor and careers counsellor in private practice, educational settings, and a relationship counselling agency. For the last four years she has also been a professional supervisor for mental health support workers.

Elizabeth's current research interest areas are narrative family therapy and young people's mental health.
Elizabeth's therapy frameworks are:
Narrative/family therapy: interactive counselling about what is important in people's lives and relationships, creating meaningful direction.
Person centred therapy: supportive counselling allowing personal stories to unfold, to deal with grief, loss & emotional concerns.
Emotional release therapy: sand tray work for healing.

Career counselling:
Vocational testing, educational & career pathway planning, help with applications for study & employment.
   
Appointments are available day and evening:
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at Toowoomba,
Mondays at Paddington
Toowoomba: street parking.
Paddington: on site car park available as well as street parking.
   
Between $90 - $150 depending on type of service and duration of service
Payment is due on the day of the appointment and can be made by cash, cheque, or EFTPOS/Credit.
