I am a Gestalt Therapist and Mental Health Social Worker who enjoys the privilege of assisting people move towards greater Awareness, Health and Fulfilling Relationships. I work traditionally in the consultation room, and in the very new and innovative field of 'healing with horses' - Equine Assisted Therapy and Learning. In my practice I support people to slow down, breath, and develop awareness of emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviour that may have previously been out of awareness.

Service Notes    
I provide Counselling & Psychotherapy for Individuals, Couples, & Families.
Additionally I provide Equine (horse) Assisted Psychotherapy, Growth & Learning (known as EAP) for Individuals, Couples, Families, & Organisational Teams.
Experience   Orientation  
I have been working in Adult Community Psychiatry, Child, Adolescent & Family Mental Health (CAMHS), and private practice as a Counsellor & Psychotherapist for over 10 years. My primary orientation is as a Gestalt Therapist and Mental Health Social Worker combining Systems & Field theory, Psychodynamic theory, Existentialism & Phenomenology, and Dialogic existentialism.
Hours   Transport and Parking  
Hours of availability include weekdays, weekday evenings & Saturday. We are in a country setting, so parking is no problem!
Fees   Payment Options  
Hourly sessions are $80. Medicare rebate of $67 is available to clients on a GP Menatl Health Care Plan.
EAP sessions are $140 for Individuals & Couples. Teams are negotiable. 		Cash or Cheque.
