I have worked as a psychologist in a number of settings within the public school system & private enterprise. I have trained & supervised psychologists and currently work in education & independent private practice with a focus on personal & relationship counselling.
|
I use a range of therapeutic tools with a focus on counselling, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, interpersonal psychology & mindfulness. My aim is to help clients within a relatively short time of 5 to 9 sessions. The techniques I use will help clients develop more effective functioning and healthier well-being to live a meaningful life. |
