I offer careful attention, support and a space to heal areas of your life that are causing you concern. I work with gentle, empowering, sometimes challenging processes, to allow you to deepen your self-understanding and awareness.
Together we will go beneath the stories and discover aspects of your self that affect your personal way of being in the world. I encourage individual creativity and sometimes incorporate art, sand play, writing, relaxation and dream work.
Background
I have more than 15 years experience in a broad range of therapeutic settings including Group Facilitation and Supported Crisis Accommodation. I have also worked extensively in the areas of Domestic Violence, Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse and Trauma.
Services
I work in Private Practise as a Certified Hakomi Psychotherapist and Transpersonal Art Therapist. I see individuals and couples for both short and long-term personal work.
