| I have worked with adults and young people in community and inpatient settings. In addition to working with a range of difficulties such as anxiety and depression, I have specialist experience in the treatment of eating disorders and weight-loss. |
Research informs the treatment provided by indicating which therapy is most effective for each presenting problem.
Often positive changes can be achieved by looking at the here and now, however some clients benefit from exploring early life experiences. The decision on where to focus therapy is based on individual clients goals and preferences. |
