Bachelor of Applied Social Science Counselling - 2009
Graduate Diploma of Psychology - 2010
Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW Inc

I like working from a holistic client centered approach using techniques like Mindfulness, CBT, Art and Creative Therapies, EMDR and Somatic Techniques.
Recently I finished a course on Psychodietetics (The Psychology & Sabotage of Weight Loss by Dr George Blair-West)
I am interested in the body-mind connection, helping my clients to free themselves and live a healthy, meaningful, whole life.
I am a Clinical Member of CAPA (Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW) and a member of PACFA.
I am a WorkCover approved counsellor.
I constantly look for new ways to enhance my skills and knowledge so I can serve my clients best.
I attend to professional development seminars and regularly have professional supervision as well.
To be best at my service I look after myself physically, emotionally, cognitively and spiritually.

Additional to my private practice I am a family therapist at South Pacific Private.
I also work as a Mental Health Professional at the Wesley Eating Disorder Clinic.

My experience includes working with agencies such as the Black Dog Institute and ASCA (Adults Surviving Child Abuse), ACON (Aids Council of NSW) and volunteering at The Wayside Chapel.
Before I started my formal education in psychology I was studying esoteric principles and spiritual psychology. Two of the most influential thinkers and writers for me were Thorwald Dethlefsen and Ruediger Dahlke. From their work I have learned about the duality of our holistic world and the psychosomatic presentations of emotional/psychological problems. I incorporate these into my therapeutic work and my everyday life.

Above the normal business hours I am available after hours and on the weekends as well. Mainly practicing from my Mosman location.
I am working from my Bondi Junction practice on Tuesday evenings from 5pm-9pm.

Each therapy session is valued at $120.00 for one hour. I strongly believe that no-one in need should be denied the benefits of therapy, so if you have a genuine financial difficulty, I can discuss alternative payment schemes. Cash

Paypal through my website: www.bravetherapy.com

I am a WorkCover approved counsellor.
