Existential therapy, which is what I practice, is a process of becoming more aware of the choices we have made and the different choices we can make about who we are, what our purpose is and what we can become. But most important is the relationship that we build together. Counselling and psychotherapy is a journey that both the therapist and client take together. Sometimes its short and sometimes it takes a longer period of time. Sometimes its hard and sometimes its fun.

My role as a trainer aids the development of my own thoughts and ideas which helps me be more reflective in my practice.
Experience    
I have worked as a psychotherapist for 18 years and still enjoy it! In 2008 I set up my own business - The Centre for Existential Practice which runs workshops on Existential philosophy and practice for others in our profession.
