Philosophy & Vision

Alex is a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. He has a PhD in psychology from the University of Adelaide. Alex has a particular interest in child psychology and how nutrition impacts on developing minds and mental health. He works with families and children who struggle with anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, learning disorders, anger management, addiction. Alex's approach is founded in cognitive-behaviour therapy and neurofeedback.
