Counselling psychology is a Science and an Art. I base my approaches on evidence based practice, but treat every person as a unique individual who teaches me as much as I may teach them. Helping my clients maintain and restore mental and emotional well-being involves exploring and highlighting their strengths as well as working together to find ways to build on these strengths that resonate with a client's core values and life goals.
