I am a qualified and experienced counselling psychologist and I work with individuals coaching and supporting them to develop their capacity to live well. I build strong relationships with people based on empathy and respect and enjoy working with people to help them reflect on their life, gain clarity and make changes that enable them to enjoy life and achieve their goals. I am a Medicare provider and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society.

    My work is influenced by Positive Psychology (strengths, capacity and positivity) and experiential learning from Psychodrama. I also find Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Cognitive Behavioural approaches very effective.

    I have over 25 years experience in general private practice. In my work I am keen for individuals to develop greater self awareness and life skills which can create effective and successful relationships.
    I've a particular interest in people developing supportive and generous relationships with themselves.

    $170 per 50 min session.
    $145 reduced fee for special circumstances including students and lower incomes
