    I work holistically with my clients, exploring both their inner world and external environment to create self-awareness. I use intuition and insight whilst drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of the individual. I believe in providing an environment where one can feel truly heard and supported, allowing for growth and change.

    I am a member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia). I attend professional development seminars along with peer support groups and have regular supervision as well.

    Background

    Since completing my Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy, I have been in private practice in Sydney. I have worked with a range of client issues including relationship breakdown, anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm and family conflict. I have worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, the elderly and parents/caregivers. I have also worked as a Youth Mentor and Program Counsellor for RAISE - the Youth Mentoring Foundation.

    Transport and Parking

    There is a council car park within easy walking distance offering 2 hours of free parking. Metered parking is also available on the surrounding streets. The practice is a gentle walk from St Leonards station or the bus stops in Crows Nest.

    Fees

    $110 per hour
