We all have the potential to lead fully authentic and satisfying lives. In striving to express this potential we sometimes find ourselves facing challenges and barriers, some of which can be navigated with little difficulty while others may be more involved and confusing. In my role as a counsellor I support and accompany clients as they explore these challenges, identify and process barriers and progress towards achieving their goals and living more fulfilling lives.
