In a busy, fast moving world our lives can become binary and destination based; leading us down pathways that leave us feeling lost, out of place or far away from our core values and beliefs. We can end up living a life that doesn't feel right for us; depression, anxiety or other mental health issues can manifest. I offer a reflective and exploratory space that is safe enough to unpack how we got there, what lays at the heart of the matter and how we navigate back to a healthier path.
