Philosophy & Vision
When we work together I provide support, knowledge, experience and the necessary tools to help you through the process by being your guide. The focus is on YOU. You determine the pace. You must feel able to take whatever steps seem right and congruous to you at any given moment. I would love to go some steps near yours and guide you for a while on your way to your Inner Self.
Fundamental is that the client and therapist have a good connection and the client feels seen and respected for who he or she is.

Services
My approach is closely aligned with Gestalt Therapy principles. I see the person as an integrated whole and therefore I incorporate that whole - body, mind and spirit - into our sessions. For my clients who value the visual or the tactile, I also enjoy integrated work.
Quality Provision
I regularly engage in supervision and attend professional development workshops.
At the same time since a couple of years I am clinical member of PACFA and member of GANZ.

Therapy Approach
My orientation is Awareness. It is about the contact: the real contact between the client and me. My role model is Stephen Schoen, an American Gestalt trainer; he works with Gestalt therapy as spiritual depth.
I love the words of Laura Perls: the most important is the contact between client and therapist, the tools are nice to have. She and her husband Fritz Perls were the founders of Gestalt therapy. I work in this way and it is true, the contact is essential.
