I offer a counselling service significantly focused on relationships, loss and grief, and within the context if necessary, of trauma experience and recovery. I also offer a counselling service in the areas of thinking styles, eg passive, agressive, constructive and assist clients to understand how these impact on their quality of life and interaction with others. Building on earlier years of working in various industrial situations and presently within industry as a workplace support consultant and counsellor, I have undertaken studies in trauma, grief and loss and completed a Master in Theology with a focus on spirituality and depth psychology in the western spiritual tradition. I work within team settings and engage in and receive regular supervision.

I have worked in ministry, industrial chaplaincy and consulting situations and clinical counselling settings for over 20 years, and have a strong awareness of the issues of change and life transitions contemporary people are experiencing. Orientated towards the person as a spiritual being seeking meaning within their circumstances, and have a strong belief the counsellor is present to support and assist the client to work through their challenges and discover their own solutions.
