Good counselling, coaching and intensive psychotherapy help people experiencing different levels of distress to understand themselves more deeply and to gain more psychological freedom. My commitment is to the privilege of being the guide and witness in this process.

Vincent Conway Psychologist
Therapy is a collaborative, caring relationship in which one person (a therapist) assists one or more persons in addressing difficulties, circumstances or experiences that are of concern. I believe that people often have solutions to their difficulties although some may require more assistance than others to discover these solutions. I believe that all clients deserve respect regardless of their behaviour, gender, race or any other characteristic.
