| Mataji Kennedy Clinical Psychologist |
| I work with mums with postnatal depression or those finding the adjustment to motherhood difficult. I believe motherhood is a set of learnt skills rather than an innate ability. My approach is very practical and I help mums manage their feelings which are often overwhelming. Self care is crucial and I work with mums to develop a plan for taking care of themselves. I get a lot of satisfaction out of seeing new mums develop confidence, feel in control and develop a loving bond with their baby. |
