Michele Stewart Psychotherapist, Counsellor
Embarking on a journey of self exploration with a therapist can feel like a risky decision as it involves the opening up of both mind and heart in the presence of another. The benefits however can be powerful... understanding patterns, relationships, past hurts and confusing experiences within a caring and supportive environment can be transforming. A skilled therapist can help you connect with and utilise your own resources and find balance in life.

Are you finding that stress or anxiety is getting in the way? Maybe you don't feel you're at your best or not as in control as you'd like. Perhaps you've even had tears or angry outbursts, maybe even a panic attack. It's not uncommon and can be hard to make sense of, especially if life is mostly good. I'd like to help you get a handle on things and to feel yourself again or better. And if you’re here from the UK or other out-of-town places, to support you in those challenges too.

Themis Thomas Psychotherapist, Counsellor
“Discover your essence, with fresh ways of being and relating in the world, within a co-created space and therapeutic relationship. Take the opportunity to safely explore any limiting life patterns, beliefs and behaviours, and you may find that change brings you true autonomy - a life filled with awareness, spontaneity and intimacy. When your commitment to change begins to also manifest outside the therapy, in other areas of your life, it is possible to realise your unique truth and well being.”

| 'heart seeking understanding...'
This to me is what therapy is about. It is the exploration of what is truly real in our embodied experience (heart), in order to uncover ways of seeing and knowing clearly (understanding). In this creative process both therapist and client together form meaningful narratives that honour, validate, expand, heal, complete and transform one's own experience. |

We all have things in life that we would like to change, after all ’the grass is always greener…’ We are all individuals with unlimited potential, inner strength and resilience. When we realise our potential it is possible to transform negative experiences to more positive, fulfilling and happy ones. By increasing our inner strength, we can grow a strong determination and improve our chance of success. It takes courage and insight to make the changes needed to help manage difficult times.

Lenore Watts Counsellor
Some years ago, people saw me as energetic and successful. On the inside however I was full of anxieties, self doubt, fears, and negative belief systems; I was 'going nowhere and would not amount to much'. Eventually I realized that I’d been focusing exclusively on 'mind' and needed to incorporate my body and emotions into the equation. I learnt how to eliminate toxic emotions and limiting belief patterns. Now I am doing what I once dreamed I could do - making a positive difference in the world.
