I have been a member of the Australian Psychological Society for 20 years and I adhere to the code of ethics of the society and provide high quality services.

My work involves facilitation, coaching and education. My interest is to provide you with the knowledge and skills that will enable you to have more satisfying and effective relationships and help you to improve your life and work.

I have over 20 years experience in general private practice. In my work I am keen for individuals to develop greater self awareness and life skills which can create effective and successful relationships. I have a particular interest in people developing supportive and generous relationships with themselves.

I use a variety of approaches to facilitate positive outcomes. I know that it is my ability to establish a supportive and effective relationship with you that makes change possible.

My work is strongly influenced by Positive Psychology (Strengths, capacity and positivity) and experiential learning from psychodrama. I also find acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavioural approaches very effective.
