About the Author

Sandra Clough has been working as a psychotherapist and family counsellor since 1989. She has Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities majoring in Psychology and Sociology. She has a Graduate Diploma in Arts Family Centred Practice (Monash University). Sandra is an accredited Grief counsellor and a charter member of the Critical Incident Stress Management Foundation of Australia. She runs stress management classes and works with individuals, families, as well as being a presenter of personal development workshops. Sandra has taught Yoga and Meditation in Victoria for over 20 years.
