by Simone Ravicz

Description

"High on Stress is loaded with practical suggestions based on solid research.  Friendly and easy to read, this book is an excellent resource on how to sustain good energy and hold up under pressure."  --Al Siebert, Ph.D., author of The Survivor Personality

"The stress-coping tools and techniques in High on Stress are invaluable, particularly for women who are trying to balance career and family and maintain a successful relationship.  As a human resources professional in the fast-paced and demanding entertainment industry, I have seen first-hand the stressors women face in their daily life.  High on Stress teaches us how to deal with such inevitable stress and helps reassure all of us that appropriately channeled stress is not necessarily a negative experience." -- Kay Solomon, wife and mother, and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources for Universal Studios, Inc.
