A practical, fully-illustrated inspirational book for teenagers, packed with inspiring stories from ordinary and extraordinary heroes.

Inspirational and practical, Heroes is a self-help book written specifically for teenagers. It's not about the quest for greatness or stardom, but about the journey to self-discovery. Including stories of famous people and ordinary people who have done amazing things, it's a step-by-step guide to living the life you want, rather than trying to live up to other's expectations. It's about finding the right path to get to where you want to be. Taking inspiration from heroes as diverse as Nelson Mandela, Buffy, the Dalai Lama, Cathy Freeman, Jesse Martin, Kylie Minogue, Stuart Diver and Louise Sauvage, this book shows how to set goals, organise priorities and learn invaluable life skills.
